At Count21, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription service.

Free Tier

New users can try Count21 for free before subscribing. The free tier includes:

  • Up to 15 practice hands within 3 days of signup
  • Basic strategy hints and Hi-Lo counting
  • No credit card required

We recommend using the free tier to evaluate the service before subscribing. All subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

How to Cancel

  • Go to your Account page
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" in the Stripe billing portal

After Cancellation

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our product, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the service before subscribing.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 daysof purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions follow the same non-refundable policy as monthly subscriptions.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may provide refunds outside of these guidelines at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service
  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Unauthorized transactions

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@count21.io with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We typically respond to refund requests within 24-48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
