1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Count21, operated by Invocation Technologies LLC at https://www.count21.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Count21 is educational software designed to teach blackjack basic strategy and card counting techniques. The Service provides:

• Interactive blackjack practice with virtual chips
• Card counting training tools and displays
• Strategy charts and educational content
• Practice session history and statistics (premium feature)

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account by completing a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Count21 Pro is available via subscription at $12.99/month or $99/year. All subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.3 Free Tier

New users can try Count21 for free with up to 15 practice hands within 3 days of signup. No credit card is required. After the free tier limits are reached, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the service before subscribing.

Lifetime Access: Lifetime access purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@count21.ioand we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invocation Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Count21 is educational software designed to teach mathematical concepts and decision-making skills. Practice results within our training software do not predict or guarantee any real-world outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOCATION TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invocation Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

11. Responsible Gaming Notice

While Count21 itself involves no real money gambling, the skills taught may be applied in real casino settings. If you choose to gamble with real money:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
• Set limits on time and money spent gambling
• Never chase losses
• Seek help if gambling becomes a problem
